Return Policy
We want every customer to be happy with their order. Returns are possible within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions
- The product must be unused.
- Original packaging required.
- The product must be resalable.
- Proof of purchase required.
Return costs
- Damaged or incorrectly delivered: free return, Tappy covers the return costs.
- Standard return: return costs are at the customer's expense.
Return method
Returns are sent by mail. Register your return via info@tappy.one and you'll receive the return instructions.
The return policy applies to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria and Luxembourg.
Refund
Once we receive your return, the purchase amount is refunded within 5 working days to your original payment method.
