Not because you don't see them. Because nobody has the time to do the right thing at the right moment.
Whoever leaves happy has forgotten about a review an hour later.
Until a regular suddenly isn't a regular any more.
Your booking or membership system knows who came. Nobody does anything with it.
On a busy day, sending an email is the first thing to go.
Think of the text, build the list, send it. So it doesn't happen.
When an unhappy guest has nowhere to go, they write it on Google.
No complicated flows to build. You switch on a rule, Tappy does the rest, and shows you why behind every decision.
Changes by itself. Pick a moment to look at it.

Your booking system reports that a guest visited. Tappy waits a few hours, then asks for a review. If the guest has unsubscribed or has no email address, nothing happens, and you see why.
Example
Link your booking or membership system, or import a file. Connect your Google Business Profile for your reviews.
Who comes, how often, and who stays away longer than usual. Without you keeping a list.
Review requests after a visit, a direct line when someone complains, and campaigns to bring customers back.
These are the screens from the app. What you see here is what you get.
Tappy reads your reviews, sorts them by topic and says in plain language what stands out. You also see how many customers come less often than usual.

Nice place, but the wait was a bit long on Saturday evening.
Tappy is writing a reply…
Thanks for your honest review, Mark. Sorry you had to wait on Saturday evening; we'll take that on board. Glad you enjoyed the rest of your visit.

The right way
Satisfied: on to your review page. Not satisfied: to you first.
An AI reply to a review is a draft. You approve it.
Whoever doesn't want messages doesn't get them. Tappy keeps track, not you.
On the tap screen we store no IP address and set no tracking cookies.
You are responsible for your customer data, Tappy is the processor. In black and white.
Tappy connects to the system you already use and sees when a customer visited or stayed away. After a visit, Tappy asks for a review by email, an unhappy guest reaches you first, and customers who stay away longer than usual you bring back with a campaign Tappy writes for you. A Tappy on the counter is an extra way in: the customer taps and gets one question.
Any system on Make or Zapier can send its visits to Tappy, and you can always import an Excel or CSV file. Your Google reviews come in through your Google Business Profile. Formitable, Virtuagym, SportBit, Sportivity, Fresha, Salonized and Booksy are coming.
Everything Tappy can do today: up to ten Tappys, your Google reviews in one place with an AI draft for your reply, your customers from a file or an integration, an automatic review request after a visit, campaigns to your own customers, and seeing who has stayed away longer than usual. Whatever we add, such as SMS and WhatsApp, comes along automatically. If you have more than one location, we'll put together a tailored proposal.
Yes. Every iPhone from the iPhone 7 onwards and virtually all modern Android devices read NFC automatically. Phone without NFC? Then the customer uses the QR code that's on every Tappy.
No. No app, no account, no installation. The customer holds their phone against the Tappy and the screen opens straight away in the browser.
They get a screen where they can write to you about what went wrong. You receive that message by email the same day, so you can put it right while you still can. Their route to your review page stays open throughout: the thank-you screen carries the link to share their experience publicly after all.
Always. You link your Tappy to a destination you can change at any moment, from Google to Trustpilot for instance. The physical Tappy never needs replacing.
You choose the destination yourself, so in principle any platform with a public review link: Google, Trustpilot, Facebook, Tripadvisor and others. For Google that's the link from your Business Profile.
Your order ships within one working day. Unpacking, setting your destination and putting the Tappy in place takes less than 30 seconds all together.
Up to ten. Your starter kit contains two; you can order more. For larger numbers or for multiple locations we put together a tailored proposal.
How many customers tapped, per day, per hour, per Tappy and per country. How happy they were and what they wrote. And which Tappy has gone quiet.
Yes. You connect your Google Business Profile in the app, and from then on your reviews are in Tappy.
Yes. Tappy writes a draft that you read and approve. We never publish without your approval.
Yes, by email. After a visit Tappy can ask for a review, and you can message customers who have stayed away longer than usual. To do that, you bring in your customers or connect your booking software. SMS and WhatsApp will follow later.
Yes. You upload a file, or you connect your booking software if Tappy supports it.
Tappy stores no IP addresses and uses no tracking cookies on the tap screen. Messages guests leave are kept for twelve months and used for nothing else. You are the data controller for that data and Tappy is the processor; you sign the data processing agreement in the app.
